Victoria Blaney

Victoria  obtained her degree in Personnel Management in 2001 and worked in both the private and public sectors in the UK and USA before launching HRx.

An experienced HR Consultant, Victoria advises businesses on a wide range of employment matters, including dismissals and grievances, absence and performance management, redundancies and restructures, TUPE, settlement agreements, employment contracts, consultancy agreements and post-termination restrictions.  She is particularly valued for her commercial approach and ability to cut through complex situations and give clients clear, practical advice on the way forward. Victoria is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD).

Outside work, Victoria enjoys travelling, reading and a good box set and has never needed much persuading to go shopping.

Dominique Wileman

Dominique  joined HRx in 2011 after spending 13 years in sales and sales management in the private sector. That commercial background gives her a strong understanding of the realities of running a business and, in particular, the challenges that come with managing people.

Dominique advises clients across the full range of day-to-day HR and employment matters and has an extensive knowledge of her clients’ contracts, policies and working practices. She takes the time to understand how each business actually operates, rather than approaching HR in isolation, and is particularly good at finding practical solutions to difficult employee situations.  She also has a keen eye for the detail behind employment contracts and policies and is the person clients tend to turn to when pay, holiday entitlement or working arrangements become more complicated than they first appear. Dominique is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Outside work, Dominique is happiest at the beach or pottering about at home with a book, some music or The Godfather on repeat. She also has a slightly unhealthy obsession with musicals and is known to test the patience of the HRx team by bursting into song at any given opportunity.

Rachel Field

Rachel  

Rachel joined HRx in 2026, bringing with her more than 15 years’ experience in HR gained across organisations of all sizes and a broad range of sectors.

She advises business owners, senior leaders and managers on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, with particular experience in employee relations, employment law, performance and absence management and disciplinary and grievance matters.  Rachel is experienced in handling complex and sensitive situations and focuses on giving clients clear advice about their options, the risks involved and what is likely to work best in practice. Rachel is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Outside work, Rachel enjoys live music and comedy and rarely goes too long without something booked in the diary. At home, she is equally happy with a good film or disappearing down a Netflix rabbit hole.
