Meet the Team

Victoria Blaney


Victoria  obtained her degree in Personnel Management in 2001 and has worked in both the private and public sector in the UK and the USA, prior to launching HRx.  Victoria is an experienced HR Consultant dealing with contentious and non-contentious issues.  Victoria offers pragmatic advice to a range of businesses on all aspects of HR including, but not limited to, dismissals and grievances, absence and performance management, redundancies, restructures, TUPE transfers, settlement agreements, contracts of employment, consultancy agreements, and post termination restrictions.  Clients value Victoria’s practical and commercial approach to her advice.  Victoria is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD).

In her spare time Victoria enjoys travelling, reading, devouring a box set or two and the occasional lap around Bluewater Shopping Centre.

Dominique Wileman


Dominique  joined HRx in 2011, having previously worked for 13 years in sales and sales management within the private sector.  Dominique has a thorough appreciation of the numerous challenges that businesses face, with a specific understanding in dealing with people and getting the most out of them.  Dominique has an integral knowledge of all our clients’ contracts, internal policies and working practices, meaning that she is rarely without a solution to a client’s query about how to deal with a particular employee situation or issue.  Dominique takes the time to understand our clients businesses to ensure that their HR documentation accurately reflects how their business works in reality.  She is also our client’s go-to consultant when needing to clarify employee’s pay or holiday entitlements.  Dominique is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

In her spare time Dominique can be found pottering about at home, reading, listening to music or cooking, watching the Godfather on repeat, or out walking her  Miniature Schnauzer, Rosie.

Natasha Smith


Natasha  studied Law at the University of Hertfordshire and qualified as a solicitor in 2009, specialising in Employment Law.  Prior to qualification Natasha worked as a Paralegal for Clifford Chance LLP and completed her training contract with large high street firm, Colemans-ctts.  Natasha joined HRx in 2014, having also worked as an in-house HR Manager during her career and therefore, in addition to being able to advise on employment legislation, she has the necessary practical, hands on HR experience to ensure the advice and support provided to HRx clients is bespoke, pragmatic and cost efficient.

In her spare time Natasha enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading and attending Spin and Pilates classes.  Natasha has also undertaken a number of challenges and organised fundraising events for various charities.

Rosie  is the office mascot and Head of Security.  When not sleeping, or barking at the Postman, Rosie will be pestering the team for treats and cuddles.
